If one of the programs you have uninstalled leaves a service in Services.msc and you want to get rid of it, here is what you can do:
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services
- Delete the services that you don't need.
- Restart OS.
