1. Delete all files under following locations:

%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\HP\ALM-Client
%LocalAppData%\HP\ALM-Client
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\HP\ALM-Client
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\HP\ALM-Client
%temp%/td_80
2. Reopen ALM.
